Hi, I’m Elsie Encarnacion, your State Farm agent serving West Haven and New Haven County. I lead a bilingual English–Spanish team dedicated to helping customers with auto, home, and life insurance so families and small business owners in North Haven, Orange, Branford, Milford, and surrounding towns can feel supported when the unexpected happens.
